Robert Knight

DESIGN DIRECTOR

Robert has almost 20 years of experience in design-focused projects across various sectors, including overseeing the design of the award-winning Hardman Square Pavilion. He has also lectured at the Architectural Association and served as a structural tutor at the University of East London.

Coming from a family of engineers and possessing a wealth of experience beyond his years, Mike leads the team as Senior Engineer. He is deeply passionate, highly knowledgeable, and always eager to find innovative solutions. In his spare time he is a talented softball player and football referee.

Arif has quickly proven himself to be a dedicated and reliable project runner. He is passionate about visual quality of the drawings we produce and is committed to helping the team improve our processes. At lunchtime, Arif can often be found giving orders to Charles whilst they canoe the local section of the Regent's Canal behind the studio.

Megan is responsible for our efficient administration system, helping to keep our systems tight and lean. She is often keen suggest new ways of working to help streamline our processes and minimise internal bureaucracy. With a profound belief in the power of intention, she rises early each day to connect with the universe and set her intentions for the day ahead.

Katie efficiently manages Devise's accounts department, overseeing invoicing and credit control with precision. Known for her interpersonal skills as much as her numerical acumen, she readily addresses payment queries with promptness and a friendly demeanour.
