An intricately detailed and contemporary extension and remodelling of this Victorian terraced house in Haringey, North London.

A structural BIM model was produced to ensure accurate coordination of the structural framing with reconfigured internal space and existing building fabric.

The kitchen is finished with exposed brickwork to the floor and walls which is further accentuated by natural light pouring in through the glazed rooflight.
