Devise Engineers are currently working on an exciting development in East London. This approximately 500-home scheme aims to complement other recently completed towers in the vicinity.

While the main blocks will likely feature concrete-framed construction, the project specifies the use of recycled aggregates and cement replacements. Additionally, a community building aims to become an exemplary sustainable structure, reusing materials from the existing building and incorporating a low-carbon timber superstructure.
